Ellie Miller’s bedside manner is so atrocious it’s hilarious. Hardy almost died in S1 and she sat next to him, threw grapes at him, told him to choke on them and yelled at him for being an idiot.
But what’s even more hilarious is that after Hardy’s pacemaker surgery, where he almost died again, he immediately texted Miller so she’d come and see him. This is who he wanted to welcome him back to the land of the living. Ellie “will throw grapes at you and tell you to choke while you’re recovering in a hospital bed” Miller. Yeah, she’s the one.
She comes in and she doesn’t disappoint. She’s furious and starts yelling at him. He says “I’ll give you money to shut up”, she replies “I’ll give you more money to be less of a knob” and that’s when he smiles and laughs and says “I made it. I made it through.”
Look at this bean. Look at him smile. “I’m alive and Miller’s here to yell at me and bicker with me. It’s good to be back.”
